1. Age Compliance and Restrictions
Users must be at least 13 years old to use Know Your Rights.ai. The Service is not intended for and may not be used by anyone under the age of 13.

2. License Grant
Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Know Your Rights.ai for personal or business purposes. This license does not include rights to sublicense, distribute, modify, or create derivative works unless explicitly authorized.

3. Usage Restrictions
You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Use Know Your Rights.ai for illegal purposes, including unauthorized data scraping or infringing third-party rights.
• Modify, distribute, or commercially exploit the software without prior written consent.

4. Data Collection and Privacy

• User Queries: Your input queries are stored for service improvement, analytics, and security.
• Data Retention: Queries may be retained up to 2 years and used for anonymized AI training and analysis.
• Third-Party APIs: Integrations like OpenAI may apply their own privacy policies.
• Data Protection: Reasonable security measures are implemented, but absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Data Deletion Policy:
We can delete your data, but since users are anonymous, you must disclose the exact queries used to identify and process the deletion request. Contact: yutomorima@gmail.com

California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) Notice:

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

• Accuracy: Responses may be incorrect or outdated.
• Availability: No guarantees on uptime or reliability.
• Third-Party Content: Licensor is not responsible for third-party data accuracy or legality.

6. Limitation of Liability
Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Licensor from any claims, damages, or legal costs arising from misuse or breach of this Agreement.

8. Termination
Licensor reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time for violations or abuse. Upon termination, all licensed rights are revoked immediately.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by California law. Disputes will be resolved via arbitration in California, with the prevailing party entitled to recover reasonable legal fees.

10. Changes to Terms
Licensor may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
